Our health is certainly important. Being fit, however, is more than simply hitting the gym or eating the right foods. Being fit involves caring for your spiritual needs as well as your physical and emotional health. This year we plan to focus more on all three at Divine Peace.
To help us stay physically fit we are planning monthly hikes. Several small hikes on local trains during the spring will prepare us for a day hike later this summer at Mt. Ranier. Join us on our monthly treks and join us for Sunday worship as we stay Forever Fit.
